How are your clothing items made?
Your garment is made to order, custom printed on using the DTG (direct to garment) process. Ink is directly printed onto the clothing fibers. Pretreatment is sometimes added to preserve the print on darker garments. We create items to your selection (design, size, color etc) and because of so returns/refunds are typically not accepted. Any defects will be replaced at no charge though, so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding such situations.
How do I care for my garments?
Please wash your garments inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle to preserve the longevity of the print! Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for a longer shirt life. High-temperature washes can crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer setting may damage the print. So please adhere to our guidelines!
What is the difference between your basic shirts and bella shirts?
The basic tees are gildan brand and are thicker. The bella brand tees are softer and thinner (fabric wise) and is more form fit. We provide them both because some customers prefer one style/feel over the other. We also print on Next Level brand shirts which are similar to the bella shirts. If you are interested in a certain brand/type of product that is not on our site, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
In short, 1 to 2 weeks (business days). On average, your order is created/printed and shipped from our distributor 2-5 business days after purchase (please do not include weekends, the shipping companies do not do pick ups/deliveries). Also note that if you ordered late in the evening, the item may not be processed till the following morning. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 business days for domestic and 7-20 business days for international).
Where is my tracking number?
You should have received a shipping confirmation email when your order was shipped. Within it is a button, "View your order". Click that button and you should see your tracking number/link on the following page. If not, please contact us at email@example.com
What is your return policy?
Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Examples of defects/errors are a bad print (i.e. peeling, extreme color fade, printer lines on arrival), incorrect size sent, a ripped garment, etc. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the defect and your replacement will be processed as soon as possible. When we say Teem Meme makes everything 100% custom, we really mean it – each item is custom made exactly as you select. The only time we process refunds is BEFORE the item is printed. We're sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges for selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc.
My shipping address is incorrect, what do I do?
We ship to the address that you entered in your order. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com . If your order is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information, we will contact you for reshipment information once we receive it. It is also the customer's responsibility to notify us if a package was returned to us due to the sheer volume of packages we handle. Note there may be a reshipment fee if the mistake was not made by us. Please review the order confirmation email after you order to fix any errors in addresses as soon as possible.
I did not receive my package, what are my options?
If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend that you check with your personal postman/post office, neighbors, members of the household etc. Sometimes the packages are hidden or misplaced. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and USPS would not accept claims with tracking numbers that are marked delivered.
What is your max print size?
Our max print size is 14"(W) x 16"(H), the print will not get any bigger once it reaches one of those dimensions. Please note that when ordering a larger sized garment that it may look a bit different from it's mock up (in terms of print size) because of the 14x16 limitation.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Michigan in the United States.
Why did I get charged Connecticut tax?
Although we ship from Michigan, our company is based in Connecticut. Due to CT's sales and use tax laws, we have to tax CT residents to be able to sell online. We know its odd but that's how it works :( .
Where are your sizing charts?
Please check the sizing charts before ordering your item. There is a sizing chart on every clothing product listing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. For international shipping, We charge $3.51 for the first item, and an additional $5.95 for every additional item.
Are there customs duties and taxes? Who pays them?
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer. We are not responsible for any custom fees that may incur. We apologize for any inconveniences.
I picked the wrong color or size, can I change that?
Our distributors production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible. Unfortunately, because of their automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production. Once an order has entered production, it is going to be printed and we are no longer able to edit the order. Please notify us of an error IMMEDIATELY with your order number and we will attempt to hold and edit the order.
How long do I have to notify you of an error in my order?
From the moment the order has processed, you have until the next production upload for us to attempt to hold the order. Production uploads occur at about every 2 hours.
Is there a limit on orders?
Currently we have a limit of eight items per order because of the way shipping is set up. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to order more than 8. We would set up a custom shipping option in our checkout for you. Please be sure to include the quantity of items in the email.
